Pancake Lasagna

In my quest for pancakes I am always looking for new and unusual pancake recipes. This tease on the Food Network caused me to do a double take;"Next on the Best Thing I Ever Made...Lasagna Pancakes." Lasagna Pancakes??? Wow!!! Different. So of course I had to check them out. Chef Eric Greenspan came up with an all in one breakfast casserole that is perfect for feeding a crowd.The recipe calls for layers of pancakes, with sausage, bacon, eggs and maple bechamel sauce topped with shredded cheese.
